What is Two-X Apex?

Two-X Apex from Finance of America Mortgage is designed to accommodate high LTV financing. With borrowing limits up to $2.5 million, a minimum credit score of 680, and no mortgage insurance requirements- Two-X Apex gives your clients the buying power of a conforming loan with the loan amounts of a jumbo. Two-X Apex may be the ideal product for clients who are well documented, have no derogatory credit and want to put less money down when purchasing their home.

Program Details:
  • 95% maximum LTV.
  • No mortgage insurance for LTV’s >80%.
  • Credit scores down to 680.
  • Maximum DTI 43%.
  • Minimum loan amount $100,000.
  • Maximum loan amount $2,500,000.
  • Loan terms include: 20 & 30-year fixed and 5/1, 7/1 & 10/1 ARMs.
  • 2-15 months reserves required.

I’ve been a wholesale AE for 25-plus years, and have worked for this company for over 8 years. I’ve worked for various banks and mortgage companies including Chase and Citibank, and I can honestly say that this is the best team of people I’ve ever worked with! Real estate runs in my family somewhat – both my grandfather and dad were builders, and my sister is also in the mortgage business. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business, so this was a natural fit. I live in Carlsbad with my two yellow Labradors and my Canine Companions puppy. Volunteering has always been a big part of my life, with my focus on Canine Companions for Independence, the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk and Lab Rescuers.

Current Projects

My current project is puppy-raising for Canine Companions for Independence. I’m raising Brooklyn, a sweet yellow Lab puppy who’ll be with me for 18 months to 2 years. CCI is a national service dog organization that provides assistance dogs to disabled people free of charge.
