Reduced LLPA to .10

Effective June 18th, 2018 FAM has reduced the Escrow Waiver LLPA from .25 to .10 for states outside of California.

What is Two-X Apex?

Two-X Apex from Finance of America Mortgage is designed to accommodate high LTV financing. With borrowing limits up to $2.5 million, a minimum credit score of 680, and no mortgage insurance requirements- Two-X Apex gives your clients the buying power of a conforming loan with the loan amounts of a jumbo. Two-X Apex may be the ideal product for clients who are well documented, have no derogatory credit and want to put less money down when purchasing their home.

Program Details:

95% maximum LTV.
No mortgage insurance for LTV’s >80%.
Credit scores down to 680.
Maximum DTI 43%.
Minimum loan amount $100,000.
Maximum loan amount $2,500,000.
Loan terms include: 20 & 30-year fixed and 5/1, 7/1 & 10/1 ARMs.
2-15 months reserves required.

As an account executive at Finance of America, I love what I do. I don’t work this position, I live it. No set hours for me. If I need to put in 12 hours a day to make my clients look good to their borrowers, then that’s what I do. If I am available on the weekends, I always answer calls and questions. I have been a mortgage broker in the past and know the importance of timely accurate answers.

I currently live in sunny Naples, FL. I play a lot to tennis, a little golf and love to go fishing or hang on the beach. I recently picked up skateboarding again after a 20 yr. hiatus. Loads of fun to cruise my longboard around town and the beaches. I also survived Hurricane Irma which actually passed directly over my house as a Cat 4 hurricane. I was outside in the eye of the storm clearing debris from the streets sewer grates so the flooding waters would subside from my neighborhood. It was crazy. The whole storm was a surreal and a pretty intense experience.

What I’m reading

Jim Collins “ Good to Great” it a study on how some companies out shine their competitors and what they did/do that had a dramatic impact on their success. I also enjoy reading any books by Carl Hiaasen. Just picked up Razor Girl. His easy and creative writing makes these books fun to read.

What I’m watching

I really don’t watch network TV. I do catch the Chicago Blackhawks and Bears when they are on. Also watch the Tennis / Golf tournaments, especially the Majors.

What I’m working on

I recently purchased a tennis racquet stringing machine and I’m learning to string my own racquets.
